Arad Fort
Situated on the Island of Muharraq, the Fort was built in the 17th century and was used by the Omanis during their short occupation of Bahrain in 1800. It is a fortification structure overlooking the waterways giving access to Bahrain from his side. The Fort is in a square shape with a circular tower in each corner. It was also surrounded by a small moat that used to be filled with water from wells especially dug for this purpose. The Fort was used during the pre-Portuguese era.


Al-Areen Wildlife Park
Situated in the village of Zallaq, the Al-Areen Wildlife Park is a must-see for nature lovers. Covering 8 square kilometers, the sanctuary provides a natural habitat for several kinds of plants and more than 500 species of animals and birds. Guided tours are conducted within the sanctuary where animals can be seen in their respective natural habitats.


Hawar Islands
Explore the unforgettable Hawar Islands which was declared as a protected area. This special adventure will give you a very close encounter of the globally important and famous breeding sites of sea birds like Socotra Cormorant, Terns, Osprey and the rare Sooty Falcon. Al-Jasra Handicraft Center
Situated in the village of Al-Jasra, the center is a significant tourist attraction, in recognition of the fact that the ladies of this village are well-known for their skill in palm weaving. The center consists of a number of rooms displaying different traditional handicrafts such as cloth weaving, pottery, Sadow (bedouin weaving), Kuwaiti models of traditional living rooms and kitchens with their attractive traditional furniture.


Riffa Golf Course
The 6,875 yards, par 72 championship standard 18-hole grass course is purpose designed to be challenging and fair. Situated in the Riffa Valley, the course follows the natural contours of the land and harnessess the waters of the Al Hunayniyah wadi to create the many water hazards which will challenge the skills of the most experienced golfers.


Desert Camping
The camp comprises several different-sized tents accommodating over 300 campers and is provided with all the tourist facilities. Enjoy the Arabian nights under the moon and stars, under the desert tent. Tourists may also enjoy camel riding, singing and dancing around the evening campfire. A truly unique experience from the bustle of city life.
