Bill of Lading, Packing List and other shipping-related document.
Procedures & Requirements
- The document mentioned above to be legalised by the Consulate
must be issued/endorsed by one of the following organisations:
- Chinese General Chamber of Commerce
- Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong
- Federation of Hong Kong Industries
- Indian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong
- Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce
- Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department
- Bring the original document which has been endorsed to
the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Bahrain for legalisation.
- Only cash payment is accepted at the Consulate, and it must
be made upon submission of document.
- Processing time for legalisation is 2-3 working days, on
average.
Charges
The legalisation fee for Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading,
Packing List and other shipping-related document are HK$300
per copy. Legalisation fee of commercial invoice is commensurate
with the invoice value as follows:

- Legalisation of Authorisation, Certificate Legalising Signature,
Testimony, Power of Attorney, and other legal document.
Procedures & Requirements
- Document must be notarized by a notary public in Hong Kong.
- Apostiled by the High Court of HKSAR.
- Present the document to the Kingdom of Bahrain directly without
further legalisation from the Honorary Consulate.
